Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Executive Assistant/Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role. The best person for this position is someone that enjoys a customer-facing position. Personality is key here!


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects, including tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage the company's Shopify account, including updating product listings, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Serve as an HR Specialist, handling employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus!
