Paradigm is currently seeking an Events Coordinator to work for our client in Alpharetta Georgia. This person will be coordinating all visits of those coming to the Graphics Experience Center (GEC) and will be responsible for video and social media.
Type: 24-month contract

As an Events Coordinator, you will:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on social media activity.
- Manage referral account requests.
- Responsible for video presentations, recording, loading, and organization.
- Consolidate all event documentation, presentations, and surveys.
- Coordinate catering, rooms, and other resources to ensure a successful demo occurs and addressing potential problems that may arise.
- Provide administrative support to the GEC team, ordering, tracking, and following up on key items to ensure a successful visit.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of the Graphics Experience Center.
- Keep up with technologies used in social media including using social media marketing tools.
- Work within budgets for events.
- Create customized agendas for every visit working with the sales team.
- Track the performance of social media campaigns.
- Monitor all social media content
Our experience, and skills, wish list includes:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, advertising, or equivalent is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media, video, presentation, and demos.
- 5 years experience in an administrative support, marketing coordination, or similar role
- Willingness to be flexible, helpful, and eager to ensure guest's needs are met.
