Job Description
Our client is looking for a Educational Coordinator for a 6 months contract role in Alpharetta, GA.


Skills:


  • Will need to have experience in editing presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • User Knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Would love to have someone with medical experience but not needed.
  • Ability to conduct general research.
  • Must be very proficient in Power Point and Word.
  • Proven experience writing academic or business-related documents."
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree.
  • Some minor project management work but this is mainly an admin role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player.


Responsibilities:


  • Support team goals, project schedules and new information gathering.
  • Should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, hours, and timeframes for projects. Project coordinators perform various duties such as scheduling and risk management. The following are additional duties and responsibilities that a project coordinator should be able to do:
  • Communicates with Sr. Manager when concerns arise.
  • Complete project-related paperwork by ensuring the Project Critical Path is maintained.
  • Monitor assigned projects and coordinate all team members to keep completions on schedule
  • Use SharePoint including loading and removing documents (For example: clinical issues, announcements, education materials, etc.)
  • Participate in team project design and update meetings and propose improvements, if necessary.
  • Actively engage in project correspondences with all stakeholders including email, text messages, telephone calls and videoconferences. Prepare, edit and review education materials. Ensures accuracy and formatting of all documents.
  • Works well with fellow team members.


Communicate with HCPs to identify and define project requirements and objectives are met.


Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
