Job Description

Our client, a large non-profit think tank in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Events Coordinator to join their busy team!

About You:

  • Proficiency in Cvent, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating events in a professional setting.
  • Proven attention to detail and disciplined coordination and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Job:

  • Coordinate, curate, and execute in-person and virtual conferences, board meetings, and events.
  • Act as liaison to internal/external parties and manage internal/external speaker series.
  • Be the point person for internal and external participants in meetings and events.
  • Be the point person for logistics, and assist with any special needs.

This is a temporary position that pays $24/hr-$27/hr, converting to $55K-$63K when perm. If you are interested, please apply today with your MS Word resume!
