We are a top AmLaw100 law firm that is looking for a Sr. Events and Marketing Specialist to join our team. Seeking someone with at least 7 years of events and marketing experience within a global multi-office environment, ideally for a law firm. If you have experience with events, marketing, expense processing, planning meetings, budget tracking and vendor management, we want to talk to you! Can sit in DC, Boston or NY. Hybrid role; 2 days a week in office
What You Will Be Doing

• Manage every stage of the sponsorship and the company's involvement, such as vetting the opportunity, negotiating the benefits package, submitting deliverables, directing planning sessions, outlining checklists, tracking budgets, processing expenses, managing vendors and data, and conducting post-sponsorship analyses
• Assess and plan the annual sponsorship budget for a particular profession or industry group
• Assess sponsorship possibilities and provide guidance on future steps
• Attend meetings of specific practice or industry groups to get a working understanding of the fundamentals of the issue
• Evaluate business development prospects and/or managing setup at important sponsorships
• Define goals in collaboration with important stakeholders and strategically planning sponsorship involvement as a result
• Negotiate with vendors to find more advantageous terms and save costs

Maintain constant awareness of market and industry developments as well as best practices for sponsoring teams
