Position: Event Operations Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Position Type: Full-time, Salaried

The Event Operations Manager is a full-time position in the Premier Productions Nashville Office, and reports to the Event Operations Director. The Event Operations Manager is responsible for delivering high quality onsite execution of Premier Productions Events. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Development and fulfillment of event riders
• Event settlement coordination
• Logistics coordination, including Customs and Immigration
• Production, travel, staffing, and security coordination
• Establishment of volunteer needs, and coordination of implementation
• Train and supervise contract Promoter Reps

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in MS365 suite of applications
• In depth understanding of live event production and operations
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• At least four (4) years of experience in the live event and touring industry
• Must be able to work within a team
• Must possess a valid passport with clean travel history
