Position Specific Description As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our exciting event portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative marketing campaigns to generate excitement, increase attendance and drive engagement for our events. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including event planners, sales, creative departments, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and organizational abilities.


Responsibilities Develop event marketing strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors to refine marketing approaches Create compelling marketing messages and value propositions to effectively promote events and drive attendance Event branding and positioning Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event materials and touchpoints Coordinate with stakeholders and creative teams to develop and refresh program collateral Work with the creative team to design and produce event-specific marketing materials, including banners, signage, brochures, and promotional items Execute marketing campaigns to drive attendee acquisition and engagement Create engaging content across multiple digital mediums, including social media and email Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage various channels for event promotion Work with agency partners to create, refresh and manage event-related digital assets Attend events Engage with customers to gather valuable market research and gain insights into customer preferences, needs and pain points Use insights to inform future marketing strategies and improve event presence Assist the event team on site as needed to ensure a smooth experience Analytics and reporting Track, measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven improvements Conduct post-event analysis and create reports to measure event success and identify opportunities Prepare detailed reports summarizing campaign event performance, including attendees, engagement, and ROI Job Overview This job is responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plans and strategies for one or more products or programs. Employees in this role manage and track monthly program budgets, manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across channel partners, agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables are executed on time and within brand and budget. This job is responsible for measuring campaign success using KPIs and reporting back to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for improvement. The role may also provide support for program/product naming, branding, event support and day-to-day management of vendor or sponsorship relationships. Job Duties & Responsibilities Manages day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, workflows, and approvals across channel partners, agencies, and vendors and ensures deliverables are executed on time and within budget


Works with various internal and external teams to implement strategies and meet aggressive deadlines


Develops annual marketing plans and strategies for a product or program


Manages and tracks monthly program budgets


Craft compelling content across print and digital marketing channels


Evaluates campaign success using relevant KPIs on an ongoing basis and reports back to the stakeholders with recommendations for improvement


Provide program/product naming, branding, and event support, as needed


Follow proven processes, and help write the playbook for process improvements


Cultivate successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, vendors and agencies
