Event Locker Specialist Jobs

What will you be doing:
Handling multiple customers at one time while ensuring our product is up to standard for each event.
Set-up and tear down of rental space to include moving lockers, covering and uncovering lockers (tarps), setting up 10x10 - 10x20 tents, tables and chairs.
Visually inspect and test machinery to detect malfunctions. Communicate equipment problems to the product manager as needed.
Perform maintenance such as changing batteries,adjusting locker doors and adjusting locks.
Helping customers navigate to the locker area creating traffic flow for ease of entering and exiting the space
Provide positive, proactive support to customers who are scanning the QR codes and downloading the Binbox app and completing rental transactions.
Work independently or with a team depending on the size of the event.
Ensure nightly reports and logs are up to date before closing out the event.
 
Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends and 80% of the venue event schedule.

Who you are:
At least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the US.
Have access to an iPhone or iPad.
Ability to test, troubleshoot and use tools to repair product.
Proactive and positive customer-facing skills.
Technical familiarity with downloading iOS and Android app technology in order to problem-solve and assist customers with rental transactions.
Flexible to remain onsite outdoors until event responsibilities are concluded, some events may run longer than scheduled.
Ability to push/lift up to 50 pounds on your own and walk and stand for periods of time.

Preferred Experience:
Customer service experience (2+ years).
General maintenance experience.
