Event Coordinator Qualification Requirements:

• Experience in nonprofit, volunteer work, or fundraising is recommended
• Must have zero felonies in the past 7 years on record
• Has previously participated in community involvement or social club
• Must be ready to commute within Miami, FL
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Event Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and further coordination of charity activities
• Work to build and maintain positive relations within the team, volunteers and with donors
• Creating a professional representation of a charity brand
• Explain to the potential donors how funding programs work and where funds are being contributed
• Assist in supporting growth and program development
• Maintain quality relationships with donors for program retention
• Ensure donor has access to all details regarding the program and their registration
• Build communications with the help of media relations, social media, and other channels
• Engage in target donors expressing interest in the charity
• Register donor for ongoing donation program and match donor with right sponsorship if applicable
