Erborian Sales & Marketing (Fall Internship - 15 Hours/Week)

INTERNSHIP SUMMARY:

The Erborian Marketing Intern works as a key part of the small marketing team. The intern will be responsible for many projects from start to finish across topics including competitor analysis, Sales analysis and Public Relations. It is key for the intern to be a self-starter, analytical and focused with a passion for beauty and branding.

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sending mailers
• Assist with weekly sell out reports: Revolve, Shopbop, THG
• Wholesale calendar update
• Marketing coordination
• FIFO / End of Life Management
• Kit development (packaging, assembly instructions, POs)
• Sell in and Sell Through Reporting
• Monthly Sellout reports and key findings
• Administrative
• Keeping novelty tracker up to date with ship dates, and launch plans
• Own the closet stock and order management as needed
• Management of our wholesale partners assortment needs, keeping up to date assortment files for each partner
• All other duties or projects as assigned
• Competitor analysis
• New product setup (comps, forms, regulatory review)
• Updating assortment files as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience

Previous Internship

Skills

• Team Player, willing to take on new initiatives
• Interest in Beauty Fashion/Retail/Sales is a plus.
• Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must.
• Possess a high level of integrity – must show good judgment and confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed.
• Passionate and on top of trends
• Ability to manage deadlines.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Must be able work in normal office conditions
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
