Summary
- Ensure that all documents received are documented in workflow database or document tracking logbook. Distribute documents to appropriate technicians.
- Research employee tenure from monthly service award list. Print letters, assemble packages, process check requests and service award gifts. Maintain ongoing spreadsheet.
- Index and scans all payroll documents.
- Document and distributes manual checks to appropriate technicians. Prepares and distributes daily and monthly reports.
- Assist employees/customers --- walk-ins, telephone, or written correspondence.
- Perform administrative duties --- types, edits, updates forms/documents/procedures. Maintain departmental listings and binders.
- Maintain equipment and supplies for the area. Distribute mail to departmental employees.
- Document and distribute notice of deposits (NODs) and checks on a biweekly basis.
- Required Work Experience: 1 Year Administrative/clerical experience
- Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Good judgment skills. Effective customer service and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
