Our Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Practice seeks associates with two to three years of post-JD experience in environmental litigation and regulatory matters. The positions can be located in our San Francisco, Palo Alto, Boston or DC offices.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• Legal research skills with experience drafting briefs, managing the discovery process and teams, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
• Advising clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory matters.

Qualifications:

• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
