Job Description

We are are looking for an entry-level help desk position to provide support for our wide range of clients, while also working within our new eSports division. This position is a 1st shift opening during the week (Monday through Friday), with a requirement to be in the office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage, schedule and document work using our service desk tools
  • Open the eSports facility each morning
  • Help eSports customers – creating accounts, setting up memberships, taking payments, assisting with game help, answer questions
  • Basic inventory management
  • Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, along with basic hardware/software installation
  • Work entry-level help desk IT tickets
  • Handle customer walk-ins for computer repair
  • A strong desire to learn is a must
  • Triage support tickets and manage ticket flow
  • Working with M365 and other cloud environments
  • Answer phone calls
