We’re seeking a talented Analyst to join our Middle Office team . This role is located in Lake Mary, FL in a Hybrid working environment. When hired, your corporate title will be “Middle Office representative”.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work with management, client and custodians on discrepancies requiring escalation.
• Research cash and position exceptions to ensure all activity is accurately processed.
• Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
• Under minimal supervision, performs moderately complex functions supporting accounting, trading and client services activities.
• Support the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office Accounting & Recon team, ensuring the accuracy of Investment Manager Clients’ Investment Books of Record (IBOR), and providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters
• No direct reports.
• Provides guidance to less experienced Middle Office support staff, as needed.
• Responsible for custodian bank reconciliation analysis (cash, asset and market value), break assignment and resolution, daily portfolio valuation processes, net asset valuation calculations (NAV), monthly accounting close processes, cash projection reports, cash management support, monthly and ad hoc reporting.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Work independently but also be a helpful teammate.
• Intermediate understanding of Excel.
• High level of communication skills.
• Experience in Investment Management or other financial industry experience is preferred.
• Reconciliation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics), Accounting or Mutual fund industry background is a plus. 2-3 years of total work experience preferred
• Remain organized and be able to handle multiple priorities.
• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Comfortable asking questions to gain understanding on any area where understanding is limited.
