Entry Level It Analyst

Strive Asset Management is a new asset manager with the mission of restoring the voices of everyday citizens in the American economy. Co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy and Anson Frericks, Strive has attracted over $500 million in AUM in its first three months of operation.

Strive is hiring an entry level IT analyst. In this role, you will work with multiple IT vendors and be responsible for developing & implementing new projects to constantly improve the employee experience at Strive.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials; performs data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, general reports and/or systems errors.
• Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies.
• Maintain and updates record keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions.
• Perform basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for department users and/or the company.

• Perform routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.
• Assist with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies.

• Maintain currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and/or systems.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.
• Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH.
• Ability to quickly learn industry technology & compliance standards.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization & work with multiple outsourced vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ”Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a team player who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of professional experience in Technology.
