Business Analyst (Part Time / Entry Level)

The Advanced Analytics and Cloud Program within KBR is seeking an entry level Business Analyst/Technologist for a Department of Defense (DoD) agency. The cloud analytics program supports government customers within the DoD on various projects to develop solutions incorporating technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence (ML/AI), robotic process automation (RPA) and cloud infrastructure.

In this role you will be part of a diverse team of developers, analysts, cloud engineers, data scientists and technology experts to solve complex problems. You will work with government stakeholders to understand user requirements, develop technology recommendations, and implement solutions. You will be working with a dynamic team of innovators are at the forefront of AI/ML application within Defense.

In this role, you will analyze business processes and identify process solutions within modern technology. You will develop solutions utilizing a variety of technology which may include cloud technology and data engineering. This position is considered entry level.

Applicants must be eligible for a SECRET clearance and U.S. citizens. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Relocation to the Jacksonville, Florida metro area is desired, although position is remote. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements:

• BS degree or HS Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness and capability to learn.
• Capability to develop processes and plans to solve customer requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Entry level position with a minimum of 2 years' work experience with customers.
• Experience working with customers and understanding their needs/wants.
• Interest in cloud technology and advanced analytical systems such as Machine Learning.

Contract requirements will prevail.
