About the Inside Sales Representative Role

At GetScale, we believe that sales and recruiting go hand in hand. Our Inside Sales Team adopts a fundamental approach to navigate the entire conversion process, focusing on the core principles of sales rather than relying on scripts. As an Inside Sales Representative at GetScale, you will play a pivotal role in our high-volume outreach efforts. You will engage with warm prospects, eliminating the need for cold calling, and leverage your skills to identify customer needs.

An Average Day As An Inside Sales Representative

• Attend weekly training, 1:1’s, and company meetings to foster personal and professional development
• Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
• Consistently closing warm sales by asking probing questions and providing solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and conversion

What We Look For

• Previous experience working in sales, recruiting, or customer service experience is great
• Recent college graduate or part-time student who can prioritize work alongside their studies
• Ambition! Not afraid to put yourself out there
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• You have a genuine desire to develop your sales skills
• A proactive and action-oriented approach to accomplishing tasks
• Coachability - You’re the type of person who loves feedback and enthusiastically seeks it

Compensation and Benefits

GetScale offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and provide comprehensive benefits. Here’s what you can expect:

• On-track Commission = $23,200- $39,200+ per year
• Base salary: $20,800 per year
• Total expected cash compensation: $44,000- $60,000+ per year (base salary + commission)

• Sponsored 401(k) plan
• 1 Paid Volunteer Day per year to contribute to causes that are important to you
