What We Are Looking For

The ESL Leader takes charge of the overall end-to-end ESL programs and initiatives. You provide direction in the strategies and techniques to achieve excellent and quality activities that respond to the client's needs and drive customer satisfaction. Your planning and forecasting skills are especially needed in handling all the coordination to reach optimal client ESL experience. You possess great communication and interpersonal skills, core competencies in your expected role. You are on the frontline to adopt varied teaching methods that are effective and fit to the curriculum and are in alignment with minimum local standards and regulations.

• Integrates a variety of techniques to meet student and organization expectations
• Works in collaboration with the ESL team to ensure quality ESL services
• Leads in the development and improvement of ESL programs and initiatives
• Plans, organizes, and provides instruction that meets state and federal standards
• Coordinates with other ESL teachers to setup effective curriculums
• Serves as a platform and process expert

What You Bring

• Collaborative problem-solver and high-level self-starter
• Doctorates Degree in Education, or Masters in Education
• Solid grasp of data analysis, performance metrics, and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of current educational trends
• Outstanding work ethic, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-drive
• Great people skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills
• Leadership skills and personal integrity
• Experience in Customer Success preferred
• Ten (10) plus years of experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%
