Engineering Technician- Eol S/X

Tesla is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Engineering Technician to join the engineering team. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with Body, Paint and Standard repair teams while supporting daily production needs. You will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally by working with multiple departments across Fremont Factory.

§ Coordinate and collaborate with Field Team on ZDMG vehicles and reports

§ Scheduling heavy vehicle repairs through cross functional departments (Body, Paint and Standard)

§ Responsible for ordering tooling and supplies for the department

§ Maintain and promote a clean and positive work environment

§ Escalate technical problems to the appropriate support group and leaders

§ Work collaboratively in a team environment

§ Communicate effectively between teams including production, shifts and engineering

§ Ability to communicate information accurately and effectively through presentations and emails

§ Support engineering trials

§ Strong verbal and written communication skills

§ Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

§ 2+ years of manufacturing experience

§ Self-motivated and eager to learn

§ Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment and direction

§ Basic root causing skills
