The Role


Veeva Systems is seeking an Employee Success (HR) Program Coordinator to play a dual role in supporting our Chief People Officer, Vivian Welsh , and assisting with HR-related projects & programs. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven individual who can tackle a variety of diverse projects in addition to providing administrative support to the company’s CPO.


Our ideal candidate is a positive, dedicated, resourceful individual with great communication, presentation, and analytical skills. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


This position is based in our Boston, MA, office, with the option to work from home or from an office as needed.


What You’ll Do


  • Support the CPO with calendar and meeting coordination, travel, expense reports, and any other tasks needed to maximize productivity
  • Provide ad hoc operational support across Employee Success as needed
  • Coordinate and execute internal employee events, including the company picnic and various volunteer events
  • Assist with creating internal and external presentations, reports, collateral, and other written communications as needed
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of company and executive priorities in order to manage time as effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Take the lead on ad hoc strategic projects within Employee Success


Requirements


  • Ability to work independently; self‐motivated, and productive
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and Google Suite, including Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 0+ years of professional experience
  • Passionate fast learner
  • Ability to react, pivot, and find solutions to logistical problems quickly and calmly under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Creative - Experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, iMovie, or similar editing tools
  • Organized and detail‐oriented
