- Support the CPO with calendar and meeting coordination, travel, expense reports, and any other tasks needed to maximize productivity
- Provide ad hoc operational support across Employee Success as needed
- Coordinate and execute internal employee events, including the company picnic and various volunteer events
- Assist with creating internal and external presentations, reports, collateral, and other written communications as needed
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of company and executive priorities in order to manage time as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Take the lead on ad hoc strategic projects within Employee Success
- Ability to work independently; self‐motivated, and productive
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and Google Suite, including Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 0+ years of professional experience
- Passionate fast learner
- Ability to react, pivot, and find solutions to logistical problems quickly and calmly under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Creative - Experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, iMovie, or similar editing tools
- Organized and detail‐oriented
