Job Description
6 months W2 Contract, highly possible to convert to FTE
Pay rate: $31-41/hr
Location: Nashville, TN, 2 days in office
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing processes and implementing strategic projects to assist the ER team guide ER best practices, and help identify strategies to enhance employee relations capabilities.
  • Performance managment
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and people managers on ER-related matters, to advise on reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios, and other related matters as assigned.
  • Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in designing/implementing HR compliance and employee relations processes, policies, and systems that work at scale.
  • Expertise in reasonable accommodations and leaves of absence.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, prioritize conflicting demands, and execute initiatives with a bias towards actions and solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in regulatory areas (i.e. EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to establish influential partnerships working with peers, senior leaders, and across organizational lines to provide effective and strategic employee relations counsel.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of corporate employee relations experience, HR compliance, and/or employment legal.
