Job Description

Position: Employees Relations Specialist

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or related relevant experience

Location: Raleigh, NC (100% ONSITE)

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Pay: $50,000/annually


Greene Resouces is seeking a passion driven Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking a LEVEL LIFTER and team oriented individual with an appetite to succeed!


Greene Resources is the leading provider of high-performing, on-demand, labor solutions, which are delivered from our team of assessed and precisely trained Rays for innovative customers in North Carolina. Our customized workforce solutions are Powered by Array, who provides a tech-enabled platform that allows us to source, assess, train, and deploy labor against our customers’ needs.


:

  • Provide performance coaching and follow progressive disciplinary action process as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Effectively document all conversations, investigations, and actions taken in internal system
  • Conduct research on employee reported issues, policy violations and collaborate with internal team resources to determine resolution
  • Provide input on contract employee evaluations and performance reviews as applicable
  • Reduce turnover and absenteeism through effective mentoring and coaching of employees, ensuring immediate follow-up on significant attendance violations
  • When a need is identified, facilitate assignment ending conversations and adhere to outlined protocols for termination
  • Perform payroll prep and payroll time file review, completing any corrections within internal payroll deadlines


Job Requirements:

  • Skilled in establishing priorities, working independently, and executing agreed upon objectives without supervision
  • Open and collaborative approach to job duties and professional development, including accommodating process improvements and changes
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, follow through, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, address, and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
