Achievement Learning is seeking experienced Educational Sales Representatives to join our team. Educational Sales Representatives must highly motivated/driven to succeed in a minimal supervision position. ESR's will primarily complete most of their work in the field by visiting prospective, current, and past clients in order to sell/maintain contracts for educational services throughout Arizona. ESR's must possess the highest level of interpersonal communication skills to ensure long-lasting relationships with clients.
Educational Sales Representative Duties:
- Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Provide excellent customer care and service.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinates sales effort with sales management, operations, and company leadership.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Attend approved trade shows/meetings and conduct customer visits to establish relationships with new and existing customers.
- Create flyers, brochures, newsletters, and press releases for distribution to current, potential, and past clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
- Update and maintain lead nurture and campaign software.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate regularly with sales director, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with k-12 schools to determine needs and initiatives.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Follow established processes and procedures for gaining leads, quoting, placing orders, and closing out won and lost opportunities.
- Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong technology skills and abilities.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business, education, or other related field.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Phoenix metro and surrounding areas.
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to set priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Successful sales track record with documented lead development.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals.
- Successful sales track record in new or unchartered territories.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, results-oriented individual.
We offer excellent medical/dental benefit packages. Pay is $25,000-$35,000 plus commission annually. Top performers have the ability to make up to $80,000 annually with base salary plus commission.
