As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:

• Maintain event related information in the form of databases and spreadsheets, updating regularly and distributing.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clinical research industry partners who assist with the development, delivery, and participation in SCRS programs.
• Assist with development, marketing efforts and launch of site-focused education initiatives and identify opportunities for new initiatives based on site interest and feedback
• Co-manage SCRS webinars including assisting in identifying relevant topics and speakers, distributing webinar details/materials to attendees, introducing webinar speakers, an d reviewing post-webinar survey reports.
• Collaborate with SCRS and industry leaders to develop processes, forms, templates, and best practices.
• Lead content development for SCRS West, Diversity, and EU summits.
• Drive calendar and marketing of SCRS content with marketing team Summarize webinar and summit topics and presentations through community engagement and collaborate with SCRS marketing team to post and promote events.
• Oversee summit attendance and drive summit marketing efforts with marketing team
• Lead continuous quality improvement efforts to identifying areas of enhancement in SCRS initiatives and programs to enhance industry needs

You’ll need to bring :

• Demonstrated project management ability, capable of handling several projects at the same time
• Excellent people skills to recruit and retain industry leaders to participate in SCRS events
• An ability to critically think about the task and to operate with minimal instruction
• Comfortable with public speaking to introduce speakers and facilitate meetings
• A can-do attitude and approach to the duties assigned
• Collaborative, results-oriented team player with proactive and detailed communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Google based documents
• Organization and timely follow-through to coordinate moving parts between speakers, members, industry leaders, and SCRS team
