Tri County Metals is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL. This Team Member will serve customers in person and on the phone at branch locations. The CSR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, making notes for follow up sales opportunities and closing sales. If corporate accounts are assigned to the successful individual, they will be responsible to grow the account. A CSR works to develop leads to grow a business.

Responsibilities

• Determine and understand customer requirements and expectations to recommend the specific products and solutions to their needs and desires.
• CSR’s help in the warehouse and load customers.
• Operate a forklift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Accurately process customer transactions such as estimates, invoices and credits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
