- Provide assistance with picking and packing orders for shipment as needed
- Work well with co-workers;.

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative operations: taking orders, general admin, maintaining accurate file records, handling phone calls

- Previous experience as administrative assistant in an office environment

- Previous experience in a customer service role
