Were looking for an Administrative & Customer Service Assistant to join our existing Miami Lakes, FL based Admin team.


We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and well organized candidates with demonstrated ability to resolve problems and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. The position will require you to work in conjunction with our in-house admin team as well as our field-based sales team via phone and email to provide exceptional service to customers. Collaboration with accounting, customer service and admin teams in the Belzona corporate headquarters will also be an essential part of the role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance with picking and packing orders for shipment as needed
  • Work well with co-workers;.
  • Promote company and product services to customers.
  • Keep invoices, contracts and other records organized in relevant folders and binders
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative operations: taking orders, general admin, maintaining accurate file records, handling phone calls
  • Liaise with management team to ensure successful and cost-effective trade shows and events, paying attention to the objectives, budget, and time constraints
  • Provide accurate information to customers and internal staff.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Be friendly and approachable to customers.
  • Handle problems in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about company products and services.
  • Understand the importance of accurate record keeping.


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as administrative assistant in an office environment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in MS Office programs
  • Ability to learn various software programs to be able to manage company systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
