Description

DSHS BHA Security Guard 3

Apply to join our team as we pioneer services at the Former Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital in Tukwila!

We are hiring innovative, empathetic, dedicated professionals ready to join our team for a new, cutting-edge career move. Our Patients and Staff need hope, compassion, and patience as we build bridges of trust and collaboration through consulting, teaching, and modeling. Our services provide comprehensive assessment and detailed recommendations to the respective treatment teams. These will include specific psychopharmacologic, medical, behavioral, and other evidence-based interventions and the relevant staff education and training to facilitate their implementations. Our Staff members provide direct care, specialized services, and evidence-based individual/group therapies to adults with severe psychiatric conditions.

Here is your opportunity to use your empathic engagement skills to be part of a robust and compassionate team that promotes recovery principles and develops therapeutic relationships with our staff and patients. This is an exciting opportunity for a meaningful career where you will have a chance every day to grow, enjoy the work you do, and help us in our mission of transforming lives together.

King County employees receive 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and are eligible to receive a free ORCA card for transportation use.
