Hours/Shift Part time/Varied (Some Weekends)

Minimum Requirements

• Required Abilities Ability to demonstrate decision making and sound reasoning skills Ability to demonstrate customer relations skills with patients, visitors, medical staff, employees, peers and administration
• Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent (must present original document or sealed official transcripts at hire)
• Certification/Licensure De-escalation techniques training required within 90 days of hire
• Security Experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provides an exceptional patient service experience to all patients and visitors

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Be able to assist patients into a wheel chair as needed and/or walk patients a short distance to the Emergency Department as needed
• Provide clear and concise directions to all patients and visitors
