As a Drafter/Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of innovation and creativity. We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented individual with a strong portfolio and a drive to create exceptional work, as well as the ability to lead clients through our integrated project delivery process and create long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, RFI's, and submittals during construction
• Create & present both detailed design drawings/specifications using Chief Architecture software and mood boards/selections that impress our clients
• Conduct site visits and measurements to ensure accurate design implementation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the design and construction process
• Coordinate drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine the final design
• Proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to company and project goals and standards of excellence in design, construction, and client experience
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work
• Perform site walks and surveys
• Develop creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
• Take an active role in producing design presentation materials for internal reviews and external meetings

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• Previous experience (1-3 years) as a Designer for a construction company
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in design, project management, and customer service
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
