Document Scanner Jobs

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Scanner ensures that all incoming closing documents are scanned into our paperless loan operating system in a timely manner. Supports Post Closing with scanning of the final documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Assist Post Closers and Shippers as needed.
• Scan individual notes and final settlement statements.
• Retrieve closing packages as requested for review.
• Scan all incoming closing packages in the order of receipt.
• Retrieve daily incoming closing packages from the collateral team.
• Monitor the rotation of closing packages for shredding.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Self-motivated, works well independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products preferred; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
