Pay rate: $28/hr.

Duties:

Must be able to efficiently proofread documents for extended periods of time. Precise attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to stay on task while working remotely on sometimes repetitive documents. Strong technical skills in Excel and the ability to learn our internal review software is required. The ideal candidate has analytical skills to quickly recognize inconsistencies in content and identify small variations between documents. General business acumen is a must. Experience in editing/proofreading is preferred.

Medicare knowledge a plus

Position Summary:

Day in the life: This position will independently conduct Quality Assurance reviews on Medicare member materials. The QA will consist of reviewing PDF documents alongside Source of Truth documentation to ensure accuracy of the materials. The materials include benefit information, cost-sharing, and explanations of how the plans work. We work on a timeline to get these documents accurate, verified, and mailed, so time and precision is of the essence. Work will be assigned by full time team members.
