Why this job’s a big deal:
Priceline is at an exciting point in our DEI journey. We’re growing exponentially to meet the needs of our ever increasing, diverse customer base. • Operationalize our strategic framework for ERG’s to ensure positive business impact and global reach.
  • Leverage data to determine priorities for formation of additional ERGs.
  • Build relationships with established ERG’s and provide guidance and input when needed.
Awareness and Learning
  • Partner with ERGs to create and market programming for nationally and globally recognized months of celebration.
  • Along with L&D lead, create curriculum for ongoing DEI education and learning, Build upon and complement the roll-out of Unconscious Bias, Foundations of Inclusive Leadership and Gender Differences training.
  • Source relevant speakers to spotlight diversity, equity and inclusion related topics and spearhead events.
Metrics of Success
  • Provide leadership on diversity analytics, including benchmarking, tracking metrics, analyzing and generating diversity reporting.
  • Monitor strategies to evaluate impact and potential ROI of all programs and initiatives; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvement.
Communications
  • Build brand awareness around our DEI efforts internally to create understanding, excitement, and support for the work.
  • Ensure our external facing employer and community brand is strong and steeped in our commitment to DEI.
Who you are:
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful DEI programs - strong program management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Diversity, Human Resource Management or Organizational Development
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources in a corporate environment, with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices
  • Ability to drive impact through influence (as opposed to direct line reporting) by building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Commitment to ongoing personal growth and development in the DEI space (e.g., coursework, certification, active participation in the DEI community, benchmarking and best practice sharing)
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
