Overview
- Using the approved TdPR format, prepares and follows up annual parts and service sales plans by the dealer in coordination with Dealer Principal and/or General Manager.
- Communicates with the assigned dealership to ensure that TdPR dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
- Customer satisfaction
- From the performance information collected, assists the dealership in the identification of performance gaps. Assists the dealership in the analysis of the potential causes for those gaps and in the development of improvement plans.
- Collects dealership daily operational needs and takes necessary actions to ensure that they are solved.
- Discusses results with the dealership management and coordinate the development and follow-up of improvement action plans.

- Keeps complete and accurate written records using TdPR-approved worksheets, forms, logs, and contact reports.
- Provides feedback and recognition of desired performance.
- Uses the dealership performance reports, such as the Management Indicator Boards for parts and service sales and the dealership financial statements, to conduct monthly performance discussions with the dealership management.
- Keeps abreast of dealership operations and programs through regular periodic dealer contacts and by reviewing appropriate reports and data.
- Manages dealership performance change projects by following up on the status and impact of the plan execution.
- Assists the dealership in planning special marketing and promotional sales events.
- Establishes long and short-term goals with input from the dealership and the TdPR planning and marketing groups to obtain the following business outcomes:
- Conducts monthly performance reviews for each assigned dealership.
- At least five (5) years of job-related
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the automotive industry is desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent job experience
- Have constant communications with TdPR VOSM to ensure priorities are fully aligned.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong learning and training facilitation skills
- Establish credibility with our customers by delivering commitments on time. Gain trust to have the ability to negotiate future delivery timing.
