American Elevator Group (AEG) company, a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States, has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. Due to anticipated growth, we are looking for an experienced Dispatcher for our D&D business unit.
In this role, you will address customer inquiries, and resolve their inquiries. Additionally, you will create and maintain mechanic's daily schedules including their maintenance, repairs, and follow-ups appointments.
Qualified candidates will possess a High School diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of dispatch experience for a service company. Previous elevator industry experience is a plus.
