Job Description
This opportunity is exclusively for candidates who are either a current and/or recent participant (since June 2021) of a Disney Program.

Disney Programs encompass the Disney College Program, the Disney Culinary Program and the Disney International Program. The Disney Program Experience team is responsible for ensuring our participants have an unforgettable and seamless program experience. The Programs Office is in Apprentice Hall at Flamingo Crossings Village and is a “one-stop shop” to set our participants up for success on their program. The Cast Members in the Programs Office play a significant role from arrival to program graduation.


A Day in the Life…


As a Program Experience Intern, you will be working in the Disney Programs Office and serve as a first point of contact for our Program participants. This role includes a high level of administrative responsibility such as computer entry, heavy phone volume and in person communication. You will be working with a team of associates to answer participant questions and address concerns regarding all aspects of the program; serve as a Program Advisor; assist in planning and implementing program and learning activities; and serve as a liaison with key program partners.

  • Familiarity with Disney Internships and Programs
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong partnering skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable lifting 45 pounds, walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and standing for long periods of time
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (operating a company vehicle is required for this role)
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

(Preferred Qualifications)


  • Experience working in Residence Life or as a Resident Assistant in a collegiate environment
  • Proficiency with programs including DORMS, SAP, Workday, SC Logic, RapID
  • Has previously lived in Flamingo Crossing Village while on a Disney Program
  • Involvement working with a diverse student population
  • Fluent in additional language
  • Previous operations experience with The Walt Disney Company®
  • Demonstrated coaching/counseling skills


Required Education:


  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program, OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship


Internship Eligibility:
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • This role is fully on-site – Candidate must be able to provide own housing and transportation in the Orlando, FL area.
  • Strong candidates may be invited to complete a phone interview.   • Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Approximate dates of this internship are Jan 2024- June 2024
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be either a current participant and/or recent participant (since June 2021) of a Disney Program (Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program, Disney International Program)
