Director, U.s. Industry Analysis (Strategy)

Gotion High-Tech is one of global leading companies in traction battery, energy storage system, and other unlimited special rechargeable battery application fields.

The Deputy Director, NA Product Center - support to manage NA product center, proactively as a Rep on his supervisor vacancy to lead the entire department,

The deputy director plays critical role and responsibility to deliver department KPI, assist to manage department budget planning, spending within approved range.

The main missions of the role are to:

l Participated in industry benchmarking analysis, company operation goal setting and strategic research;

l Responsible for leading the development plan of downstream battery markets (new energy vehicles, energy storage, other battery application markets) in overseas regions (America) and organizing various special investigations;

l Take the lead in organizing high-quality research materials based on opinions from various aspects;

l Build internal and external information and research network, and establish extensive and in-depth cooperation with related research institutions and experts;

l Provide timely guidance in response to the strategic research needs of industrial groups;

l Collected various information about overseas competitors or products, such as strategies, activities, promotional materials, etc., and conducted market research.

Qualifications:

l The ideal candidate will have/be:

l Fluency in English

l a third language is a plus

l Master degree, ideally in economic management, or program management

l More than 10 years of working experience, and more than 5 years of research or analysis experience in energy storage or battery field

l Strong overseas market analysis and development skills

l Strong time management ability and project management ability

l Be able to independently complete and provide high-quality and in-depth research results.

l This position will base in Silicon Valley,CA,USA
