Your Impact
· Partner with the EVP of Marketing and Chief Customer Officer to manage ever-evolving priorities, ensuring thoughtful and efficient execution of strategic growth initiatives. Work on the strategic and operational activities that drive growth via enhanced customer experiences.
- Targeted Approach to Promo Strategy
- Provide ideas and solutions to help identify & achieve strategic growth initiatives.
- Serve as a force-multiplier to the EVP Marketing / CCO spearheadingkey growth initiatives and ad-hoc special projects for a period of time -jump in, coordinate amongst several cross functional partners and teams, identify proof of concepts, evaluate proof of concepts and develop plans to scale, propose and implement long term solutions, and move on to new projects. Projects include, but not limited to:
- Tackle key customer issues and opportunities and find new ways to improve and grow.
- Marketing Strategy & Growth Plan
- Support the budget planning process to ensure the strategy comes together holistically through the lens of customers for life.
- Prepare content for Company All Hands, Board, Investor meetings and other company communications (written, in meetings, etc.) ensuring the company story, strategy, and priorities are consistently and frequently communicated.
- Brand Strategy
- Scope new business opportunities (financial model, market sizing, industry analysis, market research) and manage development of new ventures utilizing internal & external SMEs as needed.
- Manage external relationships with marketing organizations to create learning and development opportunities.
- Create thought pieces and Op-Ed communications.
- Connecting Insights, Analytics and Strategy
- Evaluate strategic partnerships and manage external relationships.
