In this role you will enable the strategic leadership for articulating RingCentral’s growth and profitability strategy with an emphasis on adjacent and transformational opportunities, strategic partnerships, product & operations strategy, and inorganic growth. He/she is comfortable making forecasts based on current trends and future expectations, and works collaboratively with the leadership team to help set the strategic direction and goals that is aligned with RingCentral’s vision, that drives growth, market share and sustains long-term competitive advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Strategize expansion of long-term operating margin through optimal resource allocation strategies, automation, target GTM mix, customer retention etc.
  • Advise executive leadership on growth strategy, business model development, profitability, partner strategy and optimal scale across markets
  • Leverage standard strategy frameworks and apply analysis. Integrate both financial and strategic analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses and recommendations
  • Build business cases and ROI models for various strategic initiatives
  • Create and refine standard frameworks to drive long term growth and profitability for various parts of the business
  • Leverage your financial analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to interpret disparate, complex data into a range of alternate futures
  • Drive strategic discussion for sustainable and profitable International Expansion rollout
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity
  • Strategic and critical thought leadership
  • Executive presence, Effective communication skills at multiple levels of the organization, including management and cross-functional groups
  • 5-7 years of experience in management and/or strategy consulting, corporate strategy, strategy & and ops roles
  • Demonstrated experience presenting hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations to senior management
  • Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional teams to strategize, co-analyze and develop consensus for executive recommendations
  • MBA is a plus
