Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Adult Learning, or Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Five (5) years professional knowledge and experience in financial services (credit cards, merchant activity, debit cards, lending, etc.) required.

Maintain knowledge of validated techniques and theories of adult learning for development and implementation of training programs

Assist coworkers in mentoring and knowledge transfer of certified content and development of conversion proficiency

Master’s degree in adult education preferred.

Help customers achieve educational objectives by creating learning experiences that align with school initiatives, goals, and desired outcomes

Education qualification level 7 or higher (Bachelor’s degree or higher)

Educational professional development experience a plus

Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude

Demonstrated experience in project management and success with cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders

Experience with technology tools and data management systems including learning management systems (Cadmium, iMIS preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to master various technology, web, and data management systems

Previous experience with international education or other association membership organizations, preferred

Business development and entrepreneurial skills and experience, preferred

Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of all pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures

Overall responsibilities include Strategy & Discovery, Rollout & Feedback, Adoption & Utilization, Data & Reporting regarding the sales learning video platform

Ability to manage a team and develop leaders

Strong client relationship building skills

Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations

Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems

Exceptional project management skills, with an ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously

Human Resources Business Partners: performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retaining talent, coaching and counseling.

Create engaging seminars, presentations and training collateral that ensure knowledge transfer and provide exceptional employee learning experiences

Facilitate classroom, virtual and in-store trainings that focus on product-expertise, selling skills and the client experience

Manage and develop members of the Learning team

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.

Proven experience in designing and delivering professional learning programs, preferably in the field of educational technology or special education.

Deep knowledge and understanding of special education tools, platforms, and best practices for integrating technology into teaching and learning.

Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Lead and manage a team of professional learning specialists and facilitators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills

Experience working with diverse and geographically dispersed teams in a hybrid and/or fully remote work environment

Ensures a flexible learning approach including options for in-office, remote, real-time and self-paced learning suited to diverse adult learning styles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation with large audiences

10+ years of related experience, healthcare or technology background preferred

Supports culture roadmap and business objectives in all aspects of learning for the organization

Excellent leadership and management skills to direct, develop, and lead teams to success.

Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Organize and deliver internal professional development, increasing depth of knowledge and educational background for the team

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Work the Curriculum Product teams to develop meaningful learning experiences for school district partners.

Ability to understand on-going market trends and align professional learning experiences to customer needs.
