About Orchard
- Lead change management for new products and initiatives.
- Be responsible for management and creation of all standard operating procedures across the sales organization.
- Ensure consistency across all procedures with a passion for quality control.
- Manage the growing Sales Operations team
- Serve as the key sales stakeholder for all product iterations and technology implementations.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop and track all performance KPIs and extract key insights that will deliver against company performance standards and objectives.
- Be a master prioritizer and an agent of change: recommend which initiatives to prioritize based on business impact, and break through walls to ensure they are rolled out smoothly across the Sales org
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves to project manage key initiatives personally
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Adept with technology and experienced with analytics and reporting tooling
- An entrepreneur who sees ambiguity as opportunity, and obstacles as chances to build new solutions
- At least 7+ years professional experience in sales operations, operations or program management. Preference for experience working at a tech or real estate company
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with evolving priorities
- Deep understanding of the principles and levers that drive effective sales organizations
- High energy and action-oriented with a history of getting things done quickly
- Strong analytical capabilities and adept at solving complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain alignment across people at various levels and functions, including verbal and written communication with an eagerness to collaborate
