Position Summary
As Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end execution of cross-channel programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation. You will interface directly with Marketing leadership in shaping and planning program pipeline and execution of major project developments.
You will supervise the team in process management, schedule development and clearly communicate deliverables and expectations. You will interface with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Production and Agency teams to understand and execute business need and champion an efficient process throughout the lifecycle of all projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee major cross-channel initiatives encompassing multi-branded marketing campaigns across the company
- Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and roadmaps, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
- Develops comprehensive schedules and sets/leads interim milestone meetings across all channels/teams, ensuring integration of traditional and digital media touch-points in process
- Serves as functional hub to integrate cross-functional teams across the entire organization; takes a holistic view of process to influence and improve efficiencies at department level
- Drives scalability by having a solid understanding of deliverables and level of effort required to make resourcing recommendations that drive efficiency and cost savings
- Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
- Tracks programs to budget; facilitates conversation between marketing, creative and producer if/when costs impact design &/or budget
- Manage cross-functional work groups and lead process improvement to support product development and project management
- Actively engages Marketing Leadership to set/manage expectations; serves as voice for team to ensure program deliverables are met within fast-paced environment
- Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
- Serve as an essential bridge between the strategic and creative functions of the Marketing department, identifying solutions that deliver the best work on time and in budget

- Bachelor’s and master’s degree required in Business Administration or Project Management
- Experience in people management required
- 8-10 years’ experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, preferably in a retail or agency environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Excellent technical skills
- Exceptional detail-oriented organizational skills
