Title: Director, Program Management
Location: Los Angeles, CA (HYBRID ROLE)
Salary: $165,000 - $185,000/YEAR
Requirements: At least 7+ Years in Similar Role, Experience tracking and monitoring Agile Principles, with Engineering/Product Design/QA and IT.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for facilitating solutions, removing obstacles, and shielding the team from interruptions to assist the team with meeting their delivery goals.
• As the lead responsible for our ways of working, work collaboratively with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify and implement delivery process improvements and enhancements.

Manage and coach a team of program managers, drive career planning and performance management to help them level up their skills, execute their plans, and deliver results.

• Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Contribute to strategic decisions with Program, Product, Design, and Engineering Leads.
• Push the limits, try new approaches, take calculated risks, swing for the fences, and proactively search for the best solutions and ideas in the marketplace.
• Facilitate meetings with team members across different disciplines in multiple time zones.
• Promote team spirit and engagement.
• Maintain and improve project management tools (JIRA and Smartsheet) and project dashboards.

What You Need for this Position
