The role

SoFi at Work, established in 2014, began with a mission to help employees refinance their student debt. Today, we've partnered with over 1,000 organizations, broadening our offerings to assist individuals at every stage of their financial journey—through financial education, financial solutions, and contribution benefits.

As a Partnership Success Director, you will manage our largest and most complex enterprise accounts, ensuring success and satisfaction with our products and services. Your role will be cross-functional, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Support, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. You will also play a vital role in offering SoFi at Work's unique benefits to your partners' employees, working closely with partners to understand their needs and tailor our offerings.

Your efforts will help empower employees with the tools and resources needed to reach their financial goals, strengthening our impact and deepening our relationships with partners.

This position reports directly to the Head of Partnership Success.

What you’ll do:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve product issues and identify growth opportunities with partners.
  • Customer Advocacy: Translate customer feedback into product insights.
  • Upselling and Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell new SoFi at Work products, proposing tailored solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve internal business processes.
  • Enterprise Account Management: Own and manage relationships with SoFi's top enterprise partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Set, track, and report on partner performance metrics to provide insights, share best practices, and drive business objectives.
  • Partnership Success Initiatives: Lead key partnership initiatives like quarterly business reviews to drive partner engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, utilization, renewals, and product expansion.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SoFi products and platform features.
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior customer success or account management role.
  • Flexibility for travel (approximately 10%).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry; fintech experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience selling corporate benefits or financial products
