- Performance Tracking: Set, track, and report on partner performance metrics to provide insights, share best practices, and drive business objectives.
- Partnership Success Initiatives: Lead key partnership initiatives like quarterly business reviews to drive partner engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, utilization, renewals, and product expansion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of SoFi products and platform features.
- High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- BA/BS degree.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior customer success or account management role.
- Flexibility for travel (approximately 10%).
- Experience in the financial services industry; fintech experience is a strong plus.
- Experience selling corporate benefits or financial products
