Started by a single person with a truck, this 30+ year old operation has grown into a multi-prong logistics, warehouse, and transportation company with 190 employees - and growing! - without ever losing the family feel that has kept many employees loyal for decades. As a former driver, warehouse worker and laborer, the owner has maintained his empathy for employees at each level of the organization.

He and his diverse internally developed and promoted leadership team are looking for a true business partner to guide their organization by advising and building a world class logistics and warehouse organization that will take them into the next 20 to 30 years of business. This person will report directly to the president and will use innovative thinking to expand the business and their own personal growth.

This is a full-time position, primarily onsite, and located in Fullerton, CA.

This is a unique opportunity to build, create, and ultimately put your stamp on the logistics and warehouse operations as you develop and grow your team. By taking ownership and creatively planning your vision, you will ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability by developing and managing all strategic and tactical aspects of the warehouse functions.

Other responsibilities will include adjusting policies and practices, analyzing anticipated growth, reviewing performance data, managing annual warehouse budget and more.

• Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and financial acumen
• 7+ years experience within 3PL environment (B2B, retail, e-commerce, and food-grade operations)
• Experience with Safety programs and promoting safe working environments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Business Degree
