Our client is an industry leader in commercial, multi-family, and education construction. They have worked on some of Broward county’s most iconic buildings including hospitals, schools and police facilities, impacting and creating the fabric of the community.

The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Preconstruction to join this Miami based company, as the current Director is moving up to a higher position. As the Director of Preconstruction, you will be responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of all estimates and project buyouts, utilised to meet deadlines and budgets concerning contracting, scheduling, bidding, and contract administration functions.
