Primacy's Marketing Services team will craft omnichannel marketing strategies — backed in data and laced with insights — that connect to the hearts and minds of target audiences, motivating them to act. We'll activate against actionable plans that enhance the human experience and drive meaningful business results for our clients. Meanwhile, we'll accelerate our own business growth as we help our mission-driven clients to do even better.


The Director of PR & Partnerships will play a critical role in marketing the brilliant experiences we've poured our hearts into building.


What You’ll Do:
  • Prep, lead, and facilitate Strategic Workshops with clients when the conversation centers around earned media
  • Actionable plans
  • Crisis Management
  • Produce subject matter expertise thought leadership around earned media outlets to build Primacy’s discipline and exposure
  • Innovate our service offering, evolving our current deliverable offerings and creating net new services based on client demand

  • Determine the smartest way to build the discipline alongside the team lead; explore all options when it comes to activating against the work

  • Create tactical action plans to help clients visualize the tactics, priorities and resources required to deliver on the strategy
  • Partnerships
  • Commit to creating only the highest quality work by being relentless in pursuit of:
  • Craft actionable, insight-infused, data-packed, ideas-led earned media strategies that inspire our clients and strive towards business results
  • Actively work in our software and tools platforms to generate insights that inform strategies and drive big ideas
  • Partner with all delivery teams at Primacy and our sister agencies (Mediate.ly and Zensource) to produce award winning work in the most efficient, effective way possible
  • Build the discipline around earned media within the Marketing Services team, inclusive of:
  • Loyalty Programs
  • Own the media outreach strategy for Primacy and our parent company, Digital United; activate against this strategy to cultivate consistent earned media opportunities
  • Partner with Practice Area Leads to cultivate new opportunities for thought leadership and earned media coverage
  • Media Outreach
  • Actively contribute to the departments overarching goals as determined by the head of all Delivery teams
  • Thought Leadership
  • Engaging, highly visual deliverables
  • Contribute to new business proposals and pitches as needed
  • Assist the department lead with creating accelerators with which we utilize as the starting point for each earned media deliverable
