Job Description

Summary:

As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the online casino. This role will build and lead teams, manage vendors, create procedures, maintain policies, and help grow the online casino.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in building and leading a diverse team.
  • Top class numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators.
  • Knowledgeable of how a team operates in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience in managing online casino operations.
  • Previous work experience in a high-level operations role

  • Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the successful implementation of the projects and is directly accountable for its success.
  • Build and lead multiple teams.
  • Create and maintain policies and procedures for multiple departments.
  • Manage day-to-day operations.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators.
  • Handle correspondence between vendors, 3rd parties, and suppliers.
