2 years of previous experience working in high volume, fast-paced cashiering environment

Prior experience working in a team or group environment in a supervisory role

Assist with interviewing, training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned

Implement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls

Handle and resolve any escalated situations that may arise with guests

Previous work experience in a high-level operations role

Knowledgeable of how a team operates in the iGaming industry.

Proven experience in managing online casino operations.

Top class numeracy and analytical skills.

Experience in building and leading a diverse team.

Deep understanding of key performance indicators.

Participate with the Executive Management Team in developing strategic and tactical operating plans to support property objectives.

Manages departmental expenditures and resources.

Accountable to maximize daily revenue and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control.

Develop and manage departmental expense and capital budgets to support operational objectives.

Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and have knowledge of Casino Operations operating systems.
