Job Description

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our Executive team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple divisions of the business; sole management of the Engineering Team
  • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team


Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certified - Black Belt preferred
  • Strong experience with ISO QC, ISO 13485, FDA QC
  • 10 years of relevant experience in Medical Equipment Manufacturing space
  • Experience in Operations and Material Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical field preferred, such as biomedical or Lifesciences with a Masters top up in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
