ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director of Marketing for Offline + Online + Outdoors & Partnership will play a key role in building our O+O outdoors strategy for the US and will lead our brand partnerships of today & tomorrow.
This role will report to the VP of Marketing & Digital for La Roche-Posay.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
You will drive the end-to-end O+O+O & partnership marketing strategy for La Roche-Posay US. Partnering with your peers & leaderships, you will develop & execute the marketing strategy for a broad spectrum of experiential programs & partnerships with a 360 approach. This position requires a hands-in experience individual with a good balance of marketing, eventing, strategic & collaborative competencies.
Build our O+O+Outdoors department within La Roche-Posay US
- Establish a creative environment for LRP to show up to eventing and ensure best in class execution and strong partnership relationships.
- Work to find synergies with DMI’s priorities to get support from global to support US
- Develop and lead the brand’s narrative and calendar for 360 activations of Outdoor Activations, with a focus on influencer advocacy, online, paid media, and internal engagement
- Lead cross-functional execution of all communication activation including paid media, events, influencer, media relations, and PR.
- Develop and lead the brand’s strategy for outdoors and identify the key relevant partners to work with.
Core KPIs
- Accelerate brand awareness and favorability
- Track & meet relevant KPIs within the US LRP Frame in “Act For Good” and “More Consumers”
- Build meaningful partnerships to expand our footprint in the outdoor space through sun safety & SOS (more protection, more detection)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Consumer insights analysis and new test development
- Passion to make a positive impact
- Travel: 10%-15% of the role
- Experience in full 360 campaign activation and campaign budget management
- Ability to consider and interpret multiple perspectives and funnel through the lens of the brand
- BS BA Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing/social or brand advocacy
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook. Experience on creative platforms also useful (Photoshop / Canva etc)
- Experience with creative, content, production, or social agencies
- History of content production (lo-fi and hi-fi)
Salary Range: $139,700 - $199,100 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
